Coverage before level
Installed sound lives or dies on aim. Controlled dispersion keeps energy on the audience and off glass and stone, which is where clarity is normally lost.
Active directivity control
C30 and C36 shape their own pattern. In a room with a difficult ceiling or a balcony, that steering is the difference between intelligible and merely loud.
It has to disappear
From the C4 up, cabinets are sized to vanish against architecture rather than to look impressive in a truck.
