Why a line array
Stacked point sources fight each other; array modules are designed to couple. The result is controlled vertical dispersion and even SPL over distance, with energy aimed at the audience instead of the ceiling.
A system, not a stack
L-series modules fly with the Lsub in one rig, driven by A-series amplifiers with factory presets. Crossover, EQ and limiting are set at the factory, so the array behaves on the target curve at any scale.
From club to festival
L10 for compact rigs and side hangs, L20 for theatres and mid-size touring, V36 for full-scale festival systems. Our engineers model the coverage and hang the right amount of boxes, not more.
Common questions
What is a line array speaker system?
A line array is a set of identical loudspeaker modules hung in a vertical curve. The modules couple acoustically, which narrows vertical dispersion and keeps level consistent over distance: quiet enough up front, loud enough at the back.
Line array or point source?
Depth decides. In rooms up to roughly 20 metres a T-series point source is often the simpler, better answer. Beyond that, or outdoors, an array keeps intelligibility and level where a single box cannot.
How many modules do I need?
That depends on venue depth, trim height and program. Send us a floor plan and we will model the coverage and return an exact hang: modules, splay angles and amplifier count.
Which amplifiers drive a Quint array?
A-series amplifiers with the matching factory preset per module. The preset carries crossover, EQ and dynamic limiting, so the array stays linear and protected at full output.
