First-generation reference loudspeaker.
Equipped with several in-house patented technologies, the first-generation R12 was among the most faithful, natural-sounding loudspeakers in the industry. It thrived on jazz, speech and vocals in live theatres, opera houses and TV studios, and served equally well as a studio monitor or reference loudspeaker.
Uncompromising Quint Audio-designed transducers, DSP hardware and software work with the built-in high-end amplifiers and power supply. The combination of minimum-phase and complementary filtering with the physical design gives the R12 linearity in dynamics, dispersion, frequency and phase.
